Chi Chi

We would very much like to introduce you to one very special little lady; Chi Chi. (we pronounce Chee Chee)

Chi Chi came to us a short while ago after her current owner could no longer care for her as she was moving away. Already on her 2nd home Chi Chi has now found herself a 3rd home with Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue and we would very much like to make sure that her 4th and final home is a very special, loving forever home.
 On arrival at Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue Chi Chi was a little unsettled but we are very pleased to be able to say that she has won everyone's heart and is SUCH a sweetheart. She sits patiently every morning for her breakfast and then looks at you with those amazing big green eyes for cuddles and petts. A definite favourite is ear and chin rubs and a good cuddle won't be refused either.
This is a real little gem of a cat and for anyone who has ever kept exotic or persian crossbred cats before you will understand our love for their amazing affectionate and comical characters.
We would very much like to find a quiet loving home for Chi Chi where she can be the only cat. We don't feel that Chi Chi would cope well amongst younger cats however living with an existing cat in his / her teens we think she would adapt to with time.
 Chi Chi has always been an indoor cat and as such we are seeking an indoor only home for her. She can be a ittle timid and so change does maker her a little unsettled but she soon comes round.
We wouldn't recommend Chi Chi for a home with young children and she may be better suited to a quiet adult only home.
Although 12 years of age Chi Chi does still like to play and takes great interest in feather ticklers and her little catnip mouse. Though if posed with the option of cuddle or play....well she may just go for the cuddle option!
As we said above Chi Chi has really stolen our hearts and we are very sure that whoever meets this wonderful little girl will be as smitten as we are. She is a truly loving, affectionate little soul.
 Chi Chi is on a mainly dry food diet and absolutely loves a bit of tuna or chicken as a tasty treat.

Update: 15/01/2010 - We are very pleased to be able to say that Chi Chi is now settling into her new forever home where she is very happy, playful and enjoying lots of affection and cuddles.
