Anyone who knows us knows how much we love Ginger kitties and this little darling is no exception. I am therefore very pleased to say that Oscar is now seeking his new forever home.
Oscar came to Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue after a house move left him without the ability to get outdoors and enjoy running around, which in turn made Oscar a very sad little boy. So, he is now seeking a new forever home with a family who can love him and give him the freedom he loves in the form of a safe, secure garden away from busy roads.
Oscar is a stunning Ginger & White, male cat who is exceptionally friendly and loving but does posess the typical Ginger Boy Cheekiness. If you have had a Ginger cat before then you will know exactly what I mean... if not... please be aware that there will be a new boss in your home if you adopt Oscar when it comes to all things Cat.
We don't feel that Oscar would necessarily be suited to a home with existing cats due to his Ginger-Tude (some cats can find them rather overbearing). However we are open to discuss options but it would depend on age and temperaments of existing cats in the home.
Ideally we would like to place Oscar as a first cat with the option to bring in another cat for company, were that the wish of his new family.
This aside, Oscar is the most loving, affectionate little boy and he does enjoy play, sometimes getting a tad carried away and playing too rough so not ideally suited to a home with very young children but a perfect companion cat for one very lucky family.

Update 12/07/09: We are delighted to report that Oscar is thoroughly enjoying life in his new home and is making a wonderful companion. Still as cheekie as ever, which I'm sure will never change, but very happy.
