Ruby (now known as Lucy)

Ruby came to us early in August along with her sister Roxy. After having only been with us for a few days Ruby was lucky to find her new companion where we believe she will be very happy.
Ruby, or Lucy is she is to now be known is an extremely affectionate and playful little cat who we hope will be very happy in her new home!
 The image (left) shows Ruby on her first day recovering from her spay op.
The other of her playing happily a week later at the rescue!

We have received the following from Lucy's new slave!!! lol
Hi Sarah!
The news after 24 hrs is that Madame Lucypops has all 4 paws well and truly under the table!
She is eating well, using her tray, and her little pink nose has been into every corner of my flat.
She has also snoozed on my lap and padded and pawed me, so it looks as if she wants to stay!
Update: 10/09/08
Lucy continues to settle in well, or should I say continues to train me up!
I suspect there is a horse in her ancestry somewhere, as she is eating like one.
She has shown no sign of using her own bed, preferring my armchair with an old blanket.
Everyone here is thrilled that Lucy is doing so well in her new home and look forward to the next update!
