If you are contacting us with a general, adoption or rehoming enquiry please read through our Frequently Asked Questions page where you are likely to find an answer to your query prior to calling. Please note that the best way to contact us is via Email as it is very difficult for us to respond to all phone calls during the day as the sheer volume each day is very high and there is SO much to be done at the rescue. Emails are answered as quickly as possible but if your query is urgent we recommend you contact us by phone.

Emergencies ONLY: 07783 639898 i.e. injured or sick cat, orphaned kittens requiring URGENT attention. Enquiries relating to rehoming your cat or adoptions should be directed to the landline number above during hours stated. (please pay attention to the note above re enquiries / availability). Please also ensure that you read through our FAQ section which should answer most, if not all, of your questions. If on calling Sunny Harbour Cat & Kitten Rescue you receive no answer then try again later or preferably email us at one of the addresses above. Please only call the emergency number if it is a genuine cat emergency case you need us to respond to. Please do not call this number regarding found or stray cats these calls should be directed to the main number above and details posted on our lost and found database.(see the main menu) We regret that due to the costs involved we can no longer return calls to mobile numbers.
