Morrin

8 year old, Female Tabby & White Cat

Morrin has found herself looking for a new home as her current owner needs to move out of country to be with family. Could you give Morrin the loving home she deserves?

Morrins owner provided the following information;

  Name and age of the cat
Morrin - age 8yrs

  Colour, long or short haired, and breed, if it is a pedigree
Brown Tabby - Short Haired.

  Cat's background
Morrin was an 'unwanted' cat who produced at least 3 litters in 2yrs with her previous owner -they had her neutered before giving her to me aged approx 2yrs. Ive had her for almost 6 years.

  Cat's likes and dislikes
Loves fish foods/chicken/turkey (now on a mix of half wet food half dry) loves to sleep on the bed with me and will happily stay beside me all night. Loves to be chatted to and 'kisses' on request, is very playful and plays hide and seek around the coffee table, swipes playfully if you pass her while she lounges on the arm of the sofa, sits on my paperwork/laptop while im trying to work!

  Character, is puss a lap cat or an independent soul?
She is definitely both! She also communicates really well, is chatty, uses gentle meows to get attention - 'frowns' when shes not happy, taps my face to wake me, will go into a  'hiding place' if strangers visit but sits in the middle of regular visitors purring and seeking attention and cuddles which she gets in abundance, loves getting into bags, boxes and drawers, is very inquisitive, doesn’t mind the hoover. She does not like having her hind flanks rubbed however and will show her claws if you do!

  Does puss get on well with children, other cats or dogs?
She is sociable with the neighbours cats and is very fond of a  friend's dog despite rejecting it initially. She hasn’t been around many children but teenagers with smelly feet are a favourite

  Is puss an indoor or an outdoor cat?
She is more an indoor cat but she does like a few minutes in the garden if someone stays with her. She loves to sit in the window and look down to the garden.

  Is puss up to date with vaccinations? Is he/she neutered? Microchipped?
When we got her she was neutered and vaccinated but not chipped though. She is very clean and healthy.
