Monetary Donations
We would be very grateful if you would like to donate to Sunny Harbour Cat & Kitten Rescue and help us continue our work to help abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in Central Scotland.
There are a number of ways in which you can donate to Sunny Harbour. We rely entirely on the kindness and generosity of the public to stay open and continue our work and every penny we receive goes directly to the cats and kittens in our care.
All staff at Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue do so on a voluntary basis only and receive no compensation for doing so. Well, other than lots of furry cuddles and kisses from the residents!
Credit / Debit Card Donations
We can now accept Credit or Debit Card Donations using the BT MyDonate online service, Virgin Money Giving or over the phone.
Virgin Money Giving is a great service that enables us to collect donations with minimal adminstration over heads. They collect Gift Aid for us too ensuring that your donation goes that little further to help th e cats. We do not receive any transaction fees for using this service and the only deductions are the fees charged by the credit card companies.
BT Mydonate is a fantastic service supporting UK Charities by enabling us to collect credit and debit card donations without having to incur commission or service fee's. All of your donation less only the credit / debit card processing fee will be donated directly to Sunny Harbour Cat & Kitten Rescue. MyDonate service will also enable you to Gift Aid your donation to Sunny Harbour helping your donation go that little bit further to help the cats and kittens.

Donate over the Phone
If you would prefer to provide your card details over the phone then please either call us with the details or Email us to request a call back. Please do not put card details in an email as it is not secure. Just let us know you wish to donate and we will call you back at the designated contact number.
Regular Standing Order
You can donate to Sunny Harbour by Standing Order from your bank or by direct payment. Please contact us on 0300 330 1412 to request a form or alternatively you can view a PDF version of the form and print it on your pc by clicking here. Please ensure you return the top half of the form to us so we can contact you and the Gift Aid declaration if you wish Sunny Harbour to claim Gift Aid for your donation.
Monthly donations of £10 or more will automatically include you in the Sunny Friends Club. You will receive your Sunny Friends gift pack containing a certificate, small gift, photos and folder for storing your newsletters and updates throughout the year. Please note that we must have your details in order to send this to you so please ensure that you send us your completed form.
A Sunny Friends Gift Pack is also available as a gift for birthdays, Xmas and special occasions for cat lovers for a one off donation of £40 or more. We are happy to customise the pack and will print your own personal message on the front cover. Please call or email for more details.
Cheque or Postal Orders
Cheque or Postal Orders should be made payable to Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue and sent to us at the address listed on our Contact Page here. Please provide a return address so that we can acknowledge your donation however it may take us a couple of weeks to respond.
PayPal Donations
If you would like to donate via PayPal our secure online payment provider then please use the Donate button below. Please note that Paypal take a transaction fee and a percentage from your donation.
How Your Donation Helps
£2.50 will provide a cat with food and litter for 1 day.
£5.00 will provide a cat with a Flea or Wormer Treatment.
£10 will purchase 3 cases of tinned cat food or 1.5 bags of cat litter.
£20 will purchase 2 special kitten baby milk packs for orphaned kittens.
£30 will provide a cat with a course of antibiotics to heal infected wounds and illness.
£50 will provide a cat with neuter / spay or pay for blood tests to check for organ failure
£80 will provide a sick or injured street cat with an x-ray
All donations contribute towards much needed veterinary treatment for the many sick cats we help throughout the year.

Helping Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue without Donating
There are many things that you can do to help Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue other than monetary donations. This includes doing collections from friends, neighbours and family of unwanted gifts, linen, bedding, towels, costume jewellery, mobile phones, DVD / CD's, even good quality clothing. We can use all of these to generate funds in a variety of ways. Call or email us for more information on how you can help the Sunny Harbour kitties in this way.
